Rogue Parkour Gym San Diego has fitness programs and classes for people of all ages, abilities, and interests. We have Pre-K Parkour classes for 3 year-olds, to fitness classes and workshops for centenarians, and everyone in between. You will learn exciting, intense skills and progress through the Band Challenge System as you master your natural movement and learn to use our indoor parkour gym and the outdoor environment like your own personal ninja training ground.
Rogue Parkour Gym Parkour Coaches are certified by ParkourEDU, the premiere certification program for Parkour Coaches in U.S. and receive ongoing training in skills and methodology. All our staff are also First AID/CPR/AED certified.
Our curriculum evolved from the Parkour community experience training at favorite Parkour spots and over 15 years of development and refinement into the best Parkour curriculum at the best Parkour gym.
Our world-class facility also has Breaking Dancing, Tricking, and Juggling & Equilibristics to keep exploring movement and stay active.
Classes are 50 minutes long and always include a dynamic warm-up, in-depth skill practice, and strength building exercises to help you excel. Classes are offered 7 days a week. So get moving and sign up today!
