ROGUE PARKOUR

CLASSES

Rogue Parkour Gym offers a comprehensive curriculum that teaches the foundations of Parkour from the ground up and suitable for all ages. Each class focuses on essential techniques and concepts allowing participants to master the skills at their own pace before leveling up.

Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, you’ll begin by learning how to overcome any obstacle in your path.

AGES FOR ROGUE PROGRAMS

The Pre-K program is for our young ninjas between the ages of 3 and 5.

Our Youth Classes are for athletes 6-11 years of age.

The Teen & Adult Classes are for ages 12 and up.

PRE-K PARKOUR

Prerequisites: Ages 3-5

Younger kids learn movement and begin to master themselves in this fun little kids class.

This new fusion of Parkour and exploratory movement for small children includes fun exercises, exciting games, obstacle courses, upside down skills, and open play for your little ones. Pre-K Parkour classes are taught by CPR and First Aid certified Coaches!

PARKOUR LEVEL 1

Prerequisites: No experience necessary!

Begin the journey for Parkour excellence and kids fitness here and now!

The Parkour Level 1 class will safely challenge athletes both physically and mentally. Athletes stay highly active during this fun parkour class, engaging in creative drills and ninja games in a thrilling and safe environment, all while learning the basic movements of Parkour as well as important Parkour philosophies such as safe training, problem solving, and goal setting.

PARKOUR LEVEL 2

Prerequisites: Level 2 Band & minimum 10 Level 1 Classes

The journey continues– discipline and dedication has gotten you here… stay on the path and soon you will be a ninja!

The Parkour Level 2 class will continue to push athletes to refine their ninja warrior skills. Athletes will learn to combine previously learned techniques and master intermediate level skills while still engaging in creative drills and games. Dedication to conditioning and training outside of class is essential at this level to master techniques needed to excel.

PARKOUR LEVEL 3

Prerequisites: Level 3 Band & minimum 10 Level 2 Classes

Master your foundational skills! Choose the athlete you want to be!

The Parkour Level 3 classes take athletes to a whole new level. Athletes will be able to improvise runs and lines using previously learned techniques as well as working on overcoming fear and building confidence in all movements. Creativity and mastery of fundamental techniques will be the centerpiece of Level 3 classes. The door to real-world training begins to open now as the athlete has the foundation and training to practice safe and progressive Parkour.

PARKOUR LEVEL 4 & HIGHER

Prerequisites: Level 4 Band & minimum 10 Level 3 Classes

 CHOOSE YOUR PATH!

Beginning at Level 4, your journey separates into specialties. You will have the opportunity to focus on one or more of  three disciplines: Skills, Speed or Acrobatics (Acro).

The Skills Path will take you on your quest for perfection of fundamental Parkour techniques with a focus on accomplishing physical, mental, and technical challenges.

The Speed Path is all about doing it FAST. You will work on quick and efficient movement through obstacle courses, with an emphasis on making you faster and more powerful!

The Acro Path is a journey of creativity and expression. You will learn how to use acrobatic movements and Freerunning skills to interact with your environment.

You can focus on just one path at a time, or you can take all three at once! It’s your journey… so CHOOSE YOUR PATH!

INTRODUCTION TO TRAMPOLINE

Prerequisites: 6 years old

Get ready to soar to new heights with our Introduction to Trampoline class on a Super-Tramp! Designed for beginners, this class offers a fun and safe environment to learn the basics of trampolining. Our expert coaches will guide you through fundamental techniques, including bouncing, balancing, and basic flips, on a larger and more powerful trampoline. Perfect for all ages, this class helps improve coordination, strength, and confidence while ensuring an exciting and exhilarating experience. Join us and discover the joy of trampolining!

BREAKDANCING 

Prerequisites: No experience necessary!

Dance like EVERYONE is watching!

This novice level class serves as an introduction to breakdancing, and hip-hop culture. Students will learn fundamental movements such as Toprock, Foot work, and Freeze. These lessons will teach students how to explore and accomplish basic movement in a fun and safe manner. Open to all skill levels.

TRICKING

Prerequisites for this class: Three Parkour Classes

Kick it and flip it!

Tricking is the melding of martial arts and acrobatics… a great supplement for Parkour athletes looking to learn some flashy skills. Learn how to kick, twist, and connect movements into fluid and dynamic combos. This class is accessible for all levels and is ideal for students focused on creativity and acrobatic development.

OBSTACLE COURSE

Prerequisites for this class: No prerequesites

All around favorite speed and obstacles classes!

These classes are pure Parkour applied to obstacles common in the real world.

Students conquer courses and improve their times through practice and feedback from their Coach. Time Trials consistently helps students of all skill levels increase their abilities and gain confidence in moving with speed, power and flow.

FLIPS

Prerequisite: Ages 6-11 with Three Parkour Classes. All Teens & Adults.

What else? Front flips, back flips, side flips. All kinds of flips. Your Coach breaks down all the movements and then helps you put them all together so you can do more cool stuff. You start in the foam pit and trampoline area of the gym and move onto the spring floor and rubber mat floor, eventually incorporating flips into your freerunning lines smoothly and safely.

Welcome to our Special Needs Athletic Program!

We believe every kid should have the chance to move, jump, play, get fit, and have fun doing it! Through our Special Needs Parkour classes, we strive to meet kids where they’re at and give them the attention they deserve.

Parkour is an amazing activity for anyone looking to improve coordination, self-confidence and body/spatial awareness.

Our coaches are passionate about enriching the lives of children with different needs by  building strength, confidence, and social skills, all while working in a group setting.
