We keep it fresh for all, from beginner to advanced Parkour athletes. You can also explore your body movement with breakdancing, tricking, freerunning, and circus arts. Rogue Parkour Gym is perfect for you if you want a fun, progressive, mental and physical workout that helps you build confidence and moves you.
Camps
Rogue Parkour Gym Camps are packed with adventure, movement, and skill-building! Campers will learn vaulting, swinging, flipping, and tackling obstacle courses, along with games, ninja warrior-style challenges, and even arts and crafts. Our camps also focus on perseverance, self-discipline, and character development—helping kids grow both physically and mentally.
We teach safe and sustainable parkour by starting slow and progressing at each student’s skill level. Our camps are open to all experience levels for kids ages 5–14, with select Teen Camp weeks available during the summer.
Camp hours are 9 AM to 3 PM, with optional extended time from 8 AM–9 AM and 3 PM–5 PM. You can sign up for a full week or by the day.

Our birthday parties bring two hours of non-stop excitement at San Diego’s premier parkour facility. Your group will enjoy:
45 minutes of private parkour instruction and games led by a dedicated coach.

Yes! We recommend trying your first session and seeing how well our gym and program works for your family. A trial lesson is $30 and is booked in advance with our team, typically over the phone. Arrive 15 mins before your session to get a tour of the facility and meet your coach!

We accept kids as young as 3-5 years for our Pre-K all the way to adults of any age for our adult programming.

Absolutely! Learning parkour begins at your current level of fitness. You’re going to love how caring and patient our coaches are. We work with you at your own pace as you learn the fundamentals of parkour.

We see this often, a kid doesn't click with traditional sports and is left feeling uninspired and gravitating back to screen-time at home. Dress for movement and play! A T-shirt, shorts or sweats, and some good athletic shoes are all you need. You should also bring a water bottle. If it’s hot or cold out, dress for the weather as the gym space may be warm or cool depending on the outside temperature.
